Andover Regional Schools prepare students to successfully meet the challenges of today and tomorrow by fostering a love of learning. Our safe, supportive and stimulating environment encourages students to reach their full potential. It is an expectation that all students shall achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards at all grade levels. In Andover Regional, every child catches the learning spirit! District Goals for 2010-2011 1. Improve student achievement: Implement a rigorous curriculum; Engage all students; Utilize effective practices; Develop frequent assessments with measurable outcomes. 2. Continue to hire, develop and retain an effective, highly-trained, enthusiastic, and caring staff. 3. Establish a community partnership to mobilize resources for the purpose of creating, increasing, and encouraging support for our schools. 4. Develop a flexible, proactive plan for district staffing and instructional programs that reflects district demographic needs over the next three years. Board of Education Meetings Regular meetings of the Board of Education are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. All meetings will convene in the Long Pond School, 707 Limecrest Road, Andover Township, New Jersey at 7:30PM. Meetings may be changed in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. |
