RULES/PERMISSIONS            
SUPERVISION + RESTRICTONS = PREVENTION
Carefully review sites for content and features.
 
Require Internet Access Permission    Signatures from Parents/Guardians.
Create icons linking to approved
browsers/sites.
Require Parent/Guardian Consent Form   for use of Personal Data on a website.
Maintain the same Homepage for each co mputer.
In I.E., Tools, Internet Options, HomePage Address
Review grade appropriate Safety Pledge early in the school year. (Do and Don't)
Change Google's Safe Search filtering to Strict.  www.google.com/preferences

 

Change Yahoo's Safe Search filtering to Strict.
 
Limit email to supervised lessons, not using personal accounts.

 

Disable Webcam or its software when not used for lessons.
Control Panel, System, Device Manager, right click camera, Disable

 

Arrange room to provide full view of all monitors.
