In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, State of New Jersey, the Andover Regional Board of Education of Andover Borough and Andover Township, County of Sussex, State of  New Jersey, at a re-organization meeting held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 established the following meeting schedule.  All meetings will convene in the Long Pond School, 707 Limecrest Road, Andover Township, New Jersey at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted:

The following appointments were made for the 2010-2011 school year:

1. Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken as the Board Secretary, Investment Officer and Custodian of School Records.

2.   Mrs. Melinda Schick as the Deputy Custodian of School Records.

3.   Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken as the Homeless Liaison for the District.

4.   Mrs. Stacey Mehrkens and Mrs. Kim Frisbie as Acting Board Secretary for emergency purposes.

5.   Mrs. Marie Goble as the Treasurer of School Monies at a negotiated fee TBD.

6.   Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken as the Investment Officer.

7.   Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken as the Certified Purchasing Agent for the District with purchasing authorization up to $29,000.00.

8.   Mr. Albert Muccilli as the ADA/504 Officer.

9.   Approve the appointment of Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken as the Affirmative Action Officer, Public Compliance Officer (PACO), Gender Equity Officer and HIPA Officer.

10.  The following individuals as members of the Affirmative Action Team:  Mrs. Terry-Lee VanAuken, Mr. Eric Neumann, Ms. Kim Robinson, Mr. Joseph Losavio, Mr. Martin Grifone and Mrs. Sharon Vogel.

11.  Karl & Associates as the Right to Know Compliance Officer.

12.  Mr. Janusz Berghoff as the Asbestos Designated Person/Officer, fee of $2,500.00.

13.  Mr. Janusz Berghoff as the Integrated Pest Management Coordinator for the District.

14.  Mr. Thomas O'Sullivan as the Communications Consultant for the District at a fee of $2,500.00.

15.  Nisivoccia & Company as auditors with a fee schedule of $138.00 to $150.00 per hour for partner, $100.00-$125.00 per hour for manager, $60.00 to $95.00 per hour for staff to senior consultants with a total fee not to exceed $34,000.00 as per the RFP, Political Contribution Disclosure form is on file.

16.  Mr. Allan P. Dzwilewski, Esq. of Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein, Celso & Kessler  as school attorney, fee of $165.00 per hour; special education and construction $170.00 per hour as per the RFP; Political Contribution Disclosure form is on file.

17.  Approve Dr. David Bollard as the school medical examiner, fee of $7,000.00;

18.  Approve Anthony Pannella of Wilentz, Goldman and Spitzer as Bond Counsel as per the negotiated agreement; PCD is on file.

19.  Approve The Spiezle Architectural Group as the architects of record for the Florence M. Burd School/Long Pond School Facilities Project as per the negotiated agreement.

20.  Approve Harold E. Pellow & Associates as Civil Engineers for the Florence M. Burd School/Long Pond School Facilities Project; Political Contribution Disclosure form is on file.

21.  Approve Mr. George Morville of the Morville Agency as Broker of Record for all Board policies, except health insurance policies; Political Contribution Disclosure form is on file;

22.  Approve Mrs. Pat Eckel of RHM Benefits as Broker of Record for medical/prescription policies; PCD is on file.

23.  Approve Mr. Michael Trombetta a/k/a M.A.T. Financials as Broker of Record for dental coverage; PCD is on file.

24.  Approve voluntary student insurance through Bollinger Fowler Student Insurance program at no cost to the Board of Education.

25.  Approve J.L.Hammett/School Specialty/Classroom Direct/SAX as the vendor for all general school teaching supplies with a state contract.

26.  Travel reimbursement at the current New Jersey mileage reimbursement rate; subject to change.

27.  Approve the New Jersey Herald and Star Ledger (employment ads only) as the official newspapers for the district, with the Daily Record as an emergency backup newspaper.
