Andover Regional holds dearly to its belief in school, family, and community. Our students are encouraged to do their very best each and every day. We want all of our students to catch the learning spirit!
Andover
Regional is located in the heart of scenic Sussex County, New Jersey. Our school district was originally formed in 1953 as the Andover Consolidated School District. Andover Regional provides its students a highly qualified staff of certified teachers, a full continuum of special education services, nurses, and administrators, as well as a skilled support staff of secretaries, maintenance, custodians, paraprofessionals, aides, and substitute teachers. Our Board of Education is comprised of nine members representing both Andover Borough and Andover Township.
Students in grades PSD, K, 1, 2, 3, 4 attend the Florence M. Burd School and students in grades 5, 6, 7, 8 attend the Long Pond School. Our grade 8 graduates attend neighboring Newton High School through a longtime sending/receiving relationship with the Newton Public Schools.
Please navigate our website. Our district homepage has links that will connect you to many fields of interest, including our schools and local communities. Finally, if you have any questions, please contact our Board of Education office, the Long Pond School main office, or the Florence M. Burd main office.
Wishing you a healthy and successful school year,
Bernard T. Baggs
