District Mission Statement

The Andover Regional Schools prepare students to successfully meet the challenges of today and tomorrow by fostering a love of learning. Our safe, supportive, and stimulating environment encourages students to reach their full potential. It is an expectation that all students shall achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards at all grade levels. In Andover Regional, every child catches the learning spirit!

Promote the success of all students by emphasizing the development of the whole child, promoting health and wellness, citizenship and good character as well as academic excellence to advance public confidence in our schools.


Student Achievement

Promote the success of all students by engaging them in reliable, meaningful, and relevant learning experiences that are rigorous and intentional by using Board-approved curricula, quality instructional strategies, and measurable assessments to monitor and modify instruction to meet the needs of all students.


School & Community Relations

Promote the success of all students by working with families and community groups to enhance learning in an effort to meet the intellectual, social, career, and developmental needs of students  as a means to advance public confidence in our schools.


School Finance

Promote the success of all students by maintaining facilities and programs, maximizing shared-services opportunities, and addressing fiscal obligations by using, but not limited to the district's Long Range Facilities Plan, Three-Year Technology Plan, and Three-Year District Curriculum Plan to advance public confidence in our schools.


Regular meetings of the Board of Education are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. All meetings will convene in the Long Pond School, 707 Limecrest Road, Andover Township, New Jersey at 7:30PM. Meetings may be changed in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
